Sounds like most of the 150-200k freshen fixes have been done so you got lucky there. What do the boots look like? Are they oil rotten and soft feeling? IMO if you have some doubts and a couple extra bucks, an afternoon playing in the driveway with a buddy and a beer is WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better than a ride on a toter, roger? COMPLETE fluid flush, and I mean COMPLETE is something I would do also.
Does your new truck have any other mods? You might want to look into the basics: CAI, exhaust, chip/tuner of your choice.
