I just changed my oil for the first time. 4 gallons of Rotella T at $8.88 a gal and a Motorcraft filter for $9.95 from Wal-Mart.

Stay away from Fram oil filters
My mechanic and everyone I talk to said the same thing..stay away from Fram filters....Go to fleetfilters.com and they can hook you up with the Wix 6637 air filter along with everything else you need very inexpensively too......Sams is the deal for the Rotella oil too......

Join up with Amsoil, become a dealer, it's like 20 bucks or so, and they will dropship straight to your door. Hope that helps.
