Where to look for HELP?
I have been trying to buy a med. duty truck to convert to haul my horse trailer with and the newer ones are way TOO high.
Looking at some International 4400, 4500, 4600 and 4700 series and some with 7.3L Powerstroke motor. I know they can be alittle slow but with the dependability of the 7.3 engine I might be able to overlook that. The question is can programmers or chips be added to these trucks? ie: I have 2 different Quadzilla products and a TS Performance chip that I have used on different Fords that I have owned and all has worked well. Does anyone know if these will work on the Internaitonal trucks with the 7.3 engine? The Quadzilla just plugs into a couple of places on the engine and the TS plugs in to the computer. |

Thanks, I will check into that. I know I can do a little gear change to help some. The trailer I am pulling is around 15-k gross and I have found alot of these trucks with air ride with the 7.3L diesel and automatic trannys dirt cheap.
