F~N~G~ here and need a little advice

I picked up a 2000 F250. I was told it has a 12 inch fabtec lift on it. The problem I have is the 41's rub and it bugs me. I am also going to lower it about 6". What is the biggest tire I can have on it without rubbing?

I would like to take 4-6" out of the lift. What is the cheapest/easiest route?

Cheapest..sell what you have as a complete package and get new.

6" will clear 35" easy, some 37 will clear.
