Cool Is there such a thing as too low miles?

Hey everyone, Ive found what I believe will be my next truck. Its a 99 with only 31k original miles. Is there anything to look out for in a truck that has obviously had some sittin time? I still new to the diesel game...

Here is the link

I have the VIN too, is there a place where I can get more info on it?

Thanks,

Mike

You have to be a premium member.
Once you become a premium member just post it in the oasis request.

The carfax the dealer will give ya for free. The oasis is a big 00 spy secret if you ask a dealer for one. Get ya a premium membership, and run as many oasis reports as you need till you find the right truck.

Back to the original question, I have not found a "sticky" of what to look for in a 99-03 psd, particularly one that has been sitting for a while...

Here is a thread on what to look for when buying one. It is not really for if one has been sitting, but you can take a look just the same. Maybe it will give ya some good ideas. The biggest thing I think would be get all the fluids changed. Make sure it has good fuel. And take it for a drive and see how it feels. That looks like a great truck though.

What to look for when buying a USED 99-03 PSD
