Well a buddy (who owns 2000 psd) and I spent four hours looking over it today. Its as clean as it looks, not a rattle anywhere to be found. Took it on smooth roads, rough roads, even drove a half mile off road in a field. It drove great, like any truck with 30000 miles should. All doors open and close easily. There was a ball on the bumper, but no frame attached hitch, so its safe to say it was used lightly. I first offered him 16500, but he wouldnt budge, so I offered 17K pending a frame inspection. Ill be picking it up wednesday if the frame is within factory spec...
