what parts do i need for a engine rebuild

just thought i would see what u guy thought i would need parts wise for a rebuild. my current motor is low on compression 7 of the 8 cylindersare at 310 psi. Any help would be great and who should i buy the part from? I would like to stay in the 500 hp range maybe more. i have a new gt38r turbo, fairly new 200cc hybirds inj. for swamps, stock hpop, cutom tune, bullydog cold air, bank down pipe, with 5 in. exhaust!!! i do know i am orderin studs but any help would be nice thanks
