10k mod problem

Hey guys, love the website i have been a member for a couple weeks now but this is my first post. So i did the 10k mod a couple days ago and decided to try the 5.6, i didnt like the idle so i took it out this morning went to start up my truck and it would barely start. Then after getting it started my service engine soon light came on so i put the 10k back in and it started fine and the service engine light did not come on. I have no idea whats wrong and help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If you did the DIY 10K, where you insert the resistor into the plug, you may not be getting a good connection between the plug and the sensor now.

When this happens.. it will throw a code, and the pcm will assume a certain pressure and use only that.
