California Model Powerstrokes?

I am in the market for my first Powerstroke and as a resident of Washington I am not too familiar with the California smog/emissions regulations. I do know many models have a California specific versions.... I am looking at a 2002 F350 , what differences if any are there in California Powerstrokes?

Any changes that impact performance?

Only difference is a glow plug control module rather than a relay. Doesn't affect performance, just costs more to replace if it fails.
