New member with PICS!
Posted this in the new members section but figured i would get a lot more hits here. plus I have pics, god knows most of us are pic *****s on here...
been lurking on the site for a couple weeks now and I finally got around to taking some pics of my new rig so I figured I would share. I recently sold my 2001 Ford Lightning that was making about 440rwhp for something alittle more practical. A 99 f-250 7.3, auto. So far I have installed the edge evolution, autometer tranny temp, and the diy ccv mod. Just waiting for my riffraff intake and my buddy to cut out my cat and muffler to get her breathing. I was a long time member on the lightning forums so I'm pretty familiar with using the search button and I'm loving the tech files so far. Are there any other little motor mods that I missed? EGR or something? thanks for the info and it looks like you have a great community here. ![]() and here's one of the lightning ![]() and my old 1994 dodge 1500, 318, manual, 4.56 gears, rollin on 38"s ![]() oh and I just found this pic, my 84 chevy trail rig project, nicknamed Bigbird!

![]() The little mods you listed are the pretty basic ones that are supposed to be done first. Next up, you need a lift |

You can do a "zoodad" mod an a boost fooler should be done as well my edge always set a CEL. Oh and one other thing it looks to me as if you have an early 99 these will take different intakes and ubolts etc found in the tech files

to JBM, I dont have an updated picture, but the yellow truck is already running nine inches rollin on H1 37" military takeoffs. I promised myself that I wouldn't lift the ford to keep it more practical

thanks rocco, that truck was my baby, i don't even like to think about the time and money that went into that truck, just glad the guy that bought it lives 300 miles away so I dont have to see him driving it.

Funny as it seems I have the lightning force performance fan for my f150. Its meant for trucks like yours but its super cool, had it for about 3years now.
