Emergency please help!!!!

Hey guys just got to my sister in laws after a 12.5 hour drive, MY INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ISN'T WORKING!!!! just went out after we parked and restarted, also one window was down now I can't roll any window down or up so my one window is wide open, when you turn the key off relay #2 is clicking on and off constant pace and the interior lights are flashing along with the relay

Its one of two things.

A) a bad fuse
B) a bad GEM module. The symptoms lead me to B

It stands for General Electric Module. Its basically the control box for everything you mentioned.

Its on the back side of your fuse panel under the dash

Ok so I can pull the fuse panel off and take the GEM out? About how big is it or is it obvious?

Probably nothing you did. They fail just because of wearing out or water damage.

Make sure that your wiper cowl area is free of debris so the water drain hole works.

If not water tends to drip right on the GEM and kill it

Hey I found something searching online and it says the overdrive wire that comes out of the shifter rubs and shorts the wire and will blow fuse 41 or 45, does that apply to excursions or just the trucks?

Does anyone have a wiring schematic for the #2 relay (instrument cluster) for a 2000 PSD excursion? My relay is constantly clicking when the key is off
