trans and diff fluid

i bought a 03 7.3L 4x4 truck a while back. IM finally getting around to doing the trans fluid and filter change/transer case fluid and both front and rear axles. I dont have an owners manual with the truck and curious if anyone could tell me how much of each fluid i need and what type of fluid. Only thing i can find for the trans fluid is on dipstick it just says mercon. thanks

for trans fluid go to napa and get the stuff that says for mercon / dextron III. DO NOT run mercon v or the stuff that is a mercon v blend.
