Plug in engine heater
Anybody tell em what my 99 F250 7.3 has for the engine heater hookups? Soft plug heater? Radiator heater? fuel heater? Also what current it draws? have to run a outlet to plug it in. 15 amp? or 20 amp?

Stock, it should have a block heater. The cord come out just above the oil filter. You might have to follow the cord out to behind the bumper to find the end.
A 15A circuit will do it. On the rare occasions I've used mine, I've run it off of a 100' extension cord with no issues. |

Thanks, I did find the plug behind the front license plate. I figured a 15 amp would work but wasn't sure. All new to me. I am use to big trucks and construction equipment having different types of heaters in them.
