Help on chip wires they have come loose!!Mathews7.3

I bought a chip used on here from Mathews7.3. We had the truck in the shop to get fixed and took the chip loose and tucked it up under the dash. Well we got it back ready to plug in and the wires were tore loose. I called ts and they said all theres had 7 wires going from the switch to the chip our has 3 a yellow,white,and gray. Does anyone have a clue what brand this thing is where I can send it back? It's shaped like a ts but has no markings what so ever. I would like to know what order the wires went. The little white plug that plugs the switch to the chip has 5 slots the outer 2 aren't used. The chip is almost square and has 6 settings I think. Mathew7.3 if you see this let me know where you got it where w can send it to get fixed. Thanks guys!!
