what chip do i have??

i have a late model 99 f350 crew cab long bed auto, that has a 6 position chip on it. Not sure what it is. no markings anywhere. It has an on and off switch. It only has 2 wires coming out of it and doesnt go to the ecu. It looks like it goes to the inj. pump. It firms up shifts and ups the boost. So i have no idea. Ive looked for it online and i cant find any. I do have a php pheonix swithc on the fly tuner coming tho.
