oops..'nuther question..LOL
ok..this isn't at all critical but just WHY are the powerstrokes so daymn noisy? Cummins...sounds like a diesel...DuraMax..sounds like a diesel...Cat...sounds like a diesel. Powerstroke???sounds like a gasser on it last legs. Is there anything one can do , reasonably, that can quiet the running noise of these engines? Read a post somewhere here about something to do with the #8 injector and somekind of fuel return system??

Yeah you can add a high pressure cross over line and a return fuel kit. It will quiet down the "racket" I can have my 2 PSD's side by side and my stock 2000 work truck is much louder than my 2000 personal (the 350 in my sig) They will not make a huge difference and it still makes "racket" but is not as loud
