key fob programing

Hello. I have been trying to program my key fob. I have tried the , turn the key eight times and run around the truck 6 times in 4 seconds thing. But i cant seem to get the truck to go in to programing mode. It is a 2002 model. Any help would be great

i ran into this on mine as well, had the dealer run my vin and guess what........no module for it from the factory. havent looked into it much but apparently its a pita to add on too.
