Ok, so I built an adjustable waste gate controller last weekend and it seems to work as expected. Right now it's about the size of your index finger and uses the stock waste gate spring canister. It's only a prototype and will probably be a little bigger once I make sure there's no issues
I do have a question though. On the intake Y pipe there is a black cylindrical object with the red and green hard lines that feed the waste gate and a plug connected to it. My manual says it's part of the IAT sensor. Does anyone know what this does. I'm not sure how it's part of the IAT because when I checked it it pulses and allows air through to the waste gate and what I think is a bypass to relieve excess pressure into the intake boot. Any ideas?
