swapping pmr's out
getting ready to pull my motor and get rid of the pmrs,stud it,springs,push rods,hybrids and diy fuel system. i plan on pulling the heads and tearing it down and let the machine shop swap the rods and balance it,my question is does the crank have to be removed in order for them to rebalance it?any ideas on cost for the machine shop to do it
