Doing my bumpers is on my list which seems to be getting longer and the "blackout" work seems to get pushed on down?

The best DIY bedliner I have used is called Raptor, sold by a guy on Ebay. I did the entire tub of a 77 CJ5 and it held up great. But prep is the key to any bedliner sticking or peeling off.

I used Rustoleum roll on, and it peeled, but mainly because I rolled it right on without doing ANY prep.
