PCM Code? HELP!!!!

I have a 2000 7.3L and was trying to find the PCM code and couldn't find it. Do I have take the plastic cover off of that box that is in behind the emergency brake? Because if I do I am having a hard time getting the plastic cover off. I unscrewed the two screws that were holding the plastic cover for that box but can't seem to get the cover off. If I am looking at the wrong thing PLEASE help me out.

that ibols the right cover yes. there is a bolt on the firewall under the hood with a bunch of wires on it you have to pull that one too that should get it out
