It seems like a decent deal but there is really no way to know w/o knowing what shape it is in. Go to kbb.com and see what it books for.

What trim level (XL, XLT, etc.)? 2wd or 4x4? Regular cab, extended cab or crew cab? Short bed or long bed? Single rear wheels or dually? Condtion, color and maintenance receipts are also important factors to help determine its value. |

Only you can answer that. These things change in value from state to state. Around my parts a good 7.3 will sell way more than Kelly BB, while a 6.0 will sit on the corner for months. So do your homework and see what they are selling for in your area and decide for yourself. Condition and maintenance are key.
