Installed my 6.0 Intercooler

Running empty I see no difference. Pulled my 5th wheel this weekend and noticed little to no difference in EGTs.

My conclusion is if you get a 6.0 IC for free or really cheap then go for it. Some report good drops in EGTs but I see nothing noticeable on MY truck empty or grossing 22k. I paid $50 for the IC and $100 ish for the boots and clamps. From what I read, you would be better off putting that money towards a water injection system. Next on my list is some water

thanks, i have a 6.0 intercooler lying around form a different project. i all ready have the diesel site boots. just waiting for the 6.0 tranny cooler to get here, what a mess, and i will get them installed......
