IPR cleaning

Anyone disassemble their IPR and clean it cause it was sticking? Did it work? Was it easy?

I know Ford says they are not serviceable, but there is a way to clean them. I'm just looking to get some feedback from those who have done it.

Thanks

if its easy to remove, why not give it a shot? imo.

in my 6.0, it went bad... but that just got a new one... and i dont think id try to fix it because of having to take it back out again.
