Question Adding cruise control to a XL

I am looking at buying a 2002 XL from a friend and it doesn't have cruise control. Has anyone added cruise to your XL or know how to do this ???

Well for sure you'll need a new steering well, some kind of programming, and possibly a powered pedal. I'm not sure in my truck but i know in my old Scion when going up hill in cruise control the pedal would actually move by itself. Maybe all cruise controls do that i dunno. I've never really noticed on my truck as i don't use it as much.
