08 conversion-interior/engine

Anybody done one? Im not talking strictly the frontend sheetmetal, Im talking full interior. Door panels, seats, especially the dash. Would the gauges work with a 7.3? How about a Cummins?

While we're at it, anyone swapped a 6.4/5R110 into an earlier truck?

Just brainstorming some ideas. Thinkin about maybe getting an early Super Duty dually, do the 08 F450 frontend, Harley Edition, complete interior, 22.5s, and eventually either a 6.4/5R110 or just throw a CR Cummins under the hood as a tow rig

I realize just buying a Harley 450 would possibly be cheaper, but thats not happening right now.

Anybody got ANYTHING??

Duramaxes are swapped in anything and everything. Cummins are to. Surely a 6.4 can be swapped into the same basic shell as it comes factory in??

Engine/trans/harness, along with a dash? Or am I over simplifying it?

Sounds like you would be better off just buying a newer truck!

Would all fit. But you would need all the wiring the dash and everything including the 6.4 engine and trans.

PCM from a 6.4 truck wont run a 6.0
