Lift Help, what do I HAVE to have?
I have a 2000 F250 4x4 and it currently just has 2" add a leafs all the way around. Well I have a 4.5" shackle/hanger kit for the front and the shackle flip for the rear. Currently all I have are the shackle/hangers for the front and the flip for the rear. What else do I HAVE to have to install the lift? Id like to put it on but an currently short on cash so I cant just put everything on. I could also possibly make some of the parts as I have a welder and access to some tools.
I understand I need new shocks but I need to replace mine anyways. So other than that what do I have to have to install it? Thanks |

You need as stated above:
Drop Pitman arm drop track bar bracket longer swaybar links longer shocks..IMO Bilsteins At this time you may want to get longer SS brake lines..not required Also new U bolts unless you don't remove them for the install. A carrier bearing shim kit Do you relize shackle flips will shift the rear axle forward? Cary |
