Question bout oil in 7.3

How often do you guys change your oil in your truck??? I changed my oil for the first time yesterday and Ford is saying change it every 2k miles... But thing is im not towing anything and drive a total of 30 minutes a day thats going and coming..

Every June. About 17,000 miles and the lab says it is still good to go. Oh yeah it is AMSOIL.

4-5k depending upon duties of the truck if i pull it a couple times it gets changed at 3k just to play it safe
