aftermarket fuel lines

hi guys. maybe someone can point me in the right direction. The fuel line to the pump got some debris from the tank caught in the fuel line. So I got the tank and the lines pulled out. I was looking to upgrade it to braided stainless line. What size do i need to get and maybe be able to keep up with future mods? what type of fittings are on the ends? there is only 1 to the bowl and 1 return correct? I also want to swap out the piece that screws on top of the tank, what is that called?
