A little miss?

On my 02 psd I have noticed that when I will be driving in town where you are not on the throttle hard, but still gaining speed, it almost sounds like the engine misses a bit. I have good power and you don't here it at all when you are standing on the throttle. my fuel filter is new, and was just wondering if it would be a dirty injector or something of that sort

I think it is CMP (Cam Position Sensor) My 02 7.3 did the same exat thing. Changed the CPS and problem solved. It would be best to take it to a dealer and verify. I don't want to throw parts at you and it not be it.
