So I managed to get on a dyno and I'm not to thrilled with the results(probably cause all the dodges laying down some monster numbers!)

I think they are decent for power to the ground. I don't know. Let me know what y'all think

It's kinda hard to see the last two runs.

What I don't get is on my ts I made more power on the 100 setting then on the 140.

Blue was stock setting.

You don't have all the necesary supporting mods to run the 140 tune to it's potential.

I dont know anything about the 7.3's but it seems low for the mods you have, and im like you, why did it make lett hp on the 140 setting. Also i thought that the 100-140 hp setting was suposed to make that much more hp at the wheels. Maybe im still a newbe

Dropping too much HPO with the TS tunes, get a better chip and you'll get better #'s. Other than that, I don't know you have solid mods on your truck, so that's what leads me to thinks it's just the chip. I probably shouldn't even ask but you ran single rears on the dyno right?

no I kept the duals on. I think you're right about the chip. I think the TS is hurting more than helping. With the hundered horse I was only 60 over stock. I know it's not a true 100 to the wheels but I figured i would of had better stock numbers!

Your spinning a lot of wieght with those duals. Pull the outside wheels and you'd pick up a few HP i would bet.

what about boost leaks? might be something to check. Don't stock 7.3 powerstrokes make around 170-180rwhp? I would think you would be in the 260+ range with your mods. I may be wrong though

I don't have any boost leaks. I have an exhaust leak at the up pipes for the turbo, but I think my hpop is getting weak.

those numbers seem way too low.... i have about the same setup as you except im running the edge stuff and made over 300 hp and 600lbs of torque...

I wonder if the exhaust leak could be robbing horsepower. I don't know what else to check. Guess I need to take it to a dealer and have them check the hpop and injector pressure. I'm with you Raul I'm thinking I should have bigger numbers.
