best way to install turbo

My I.C. is in, and the turbo and uppipes are on the workbench, waiting for enough time to put them in. I've got the old stuff out, and the new pedestal in, but I'm wondering what the easiest way to put the new turbo and uppies in is. I'm thinking I get the uppipes loosely connected to the exh. manifolds, then loosely put the Y on them, then I put the turbo in, and try to get everything connected, then tighten everything up. Is that right? I can't see how I'll be able to get the uppipes into the Y after the turbo is in, so I think I have to put it in first. I really appreciate any help.
