suspension question (leveling)

hey everyone I have a 99 7.3l powerstroke 4x4 with stock suspension. it dips down in the front and needs some leveling. I talked to one guy and he said that I would need to do a add a leaf. and I talked to another buddy and he said that I should do a new shackle. I really dont know much about suspension and I was wondering if anyone has had to level their truck and how they did it. Maybe they can tell me who to talk to about a kit

in my opinion if your going to raise it then use the leaf. its safer, the shackle is the cheap way out and a poor one can bend or break. has it always saged or did it happen over time?

well i bought it about 2 months ago and it has 33s on it. i think its just normal. but you can really tell because of the oversized tires.
