OK, so I have been working out of town for a couple day and had my roommate place a n order threw ITP diesel using his bank card while to have the parts waiting for me when I get home for the truck. Some issues came up and the parts got sent to the wrong adress (could tell by ups tracking info) an email was sent and I called the next morning and as I was explaining the situation the guy I was talkin to knew exactly what I was talkin about and resolved the issue and is now overnighting me my parts free of charge! Itpdiesel.com gets a two thumbs up for me, I would suggest this site to anybody looking for fairly priced parts with good service.
