2000 f-250 Truck/Clutch Question's

So tomorrow I'm going to look @ this truck in north San Antonio the truck Has 220,000 on it. It Has a new 6 speed tranny with a 850 hp south bend dual disk clutch . Tranny and Clutch have about 20,000 the guy's telling me that the clutch has a kinda grind to it when he puts it in gear and its loud my question is am i going to be ok with it or do i need to put in a diffident kinda clutch. I think this is to much of a clutch for a stock truck

Guy wants 6000 for the truck which is not bad. body is in good shape this is what comes with the truck ..

pillar mount pyro and boost gauge and a afe stage 2 intake, 7' fabtech suspension lift, edge evolution programmer 2 set's of tire's

Price sounds good to me... friend of mine picked up a 7.3/6sp/4x4 w/170K on it for the same price a month or so ago... no lift or extra tires...

Sorry, no advice on the grinding noise...

Yeah price is very good imo I'm just worried about this clutch if its just the clutch making the noise b/c it's a dual disk that's 1 thing but if its messing the tranny and the rest the clutch up at the same time that's another. I've never heard of anyone putting that kinda clutch in a stock truck before. why spend 1800.00 idk if he was going to beef it up later but he said he granny-ed the truck.
