i have a map fooler... not sure what kinda.. bought it off some guy... it keeps the ses light from comin on but im pretty sure im still getting the defuel.... my boost stops at 17 no matter how hard i hit the go pedal but if i let off a little bit and then ease it back to the floor it will go up to 20 .... i no its low numbers but i figure if its defueling at 17 then there is something wrong with my guage and suggestions on the guage and if i could possible have a bad map fooler

If the SES light is not coming on its not defueling. I would bet that your Boost connection is on the wrong side of the fooler...

I would bet you have a boost leak somewhere. You should see about 22-25 with your set up. Check all the boots, give them another crank. Also look into doing the CCV mod to get the oil off your boots.

if i hammer it down it will get to 17 real quick and then sit there as i go through the gears.... then if let off a little tap the throttle a little bit and then lightly psh it down to the floor it will now go up to 22.... the other day it was twenty..... ever when i went to flag and had a trailer with four quads i put it in 100hp setting and floored it and it didnt go past 17 still... and going to flagstaff up i 17 there is just non stop long hills

i would check for leaks like everyone else said. i'm getting up to 25 psi on mine. does ur boost guage flutter at all? if it does, i would suspect a leak. just an idea. mine was fluttering and i tightened it down and it stopped it.

How about your up pipes? Are they leaking? Look for soot on them...
