99 f 350 7.3

hey guys i need help my f350 has a serious problem morning starts are fine it runs great but after running a while the moter acts like its starving for fuel runs rough and takes off at high idle for a few seconds then reurnes to normal and desiels very loud also if driving at low speed ( in town ) egine will lope and try to stall , i can at time push the pedel to the floor and get no response iv changed the cps and fuel filter , could it be the map sensor i cant get any codes off of the truck i did take it down to autozone no codes but the map sensor is running 29.5 at idle help please this is driving me nuts
