complete wheels of a 2008 in 275/75/R18 :
are they compatible with f250 of 2001 without lift kit please?

Might be tight without a leveling kit.

SOLD 97 F250HD Extra Cab, SWB, 2wd, Chipped, Piped, Intaked, Intercooled, Gauged, Clutched and other stuff I forgot. Good by old friend.

2001 F350, CC, SRW, 4x4, LWB, F650 dash, PHP Hydra, AIS, Gauges, John Wood Trans, 6.0 transcooler, IH SS down pipes, Summit 4" exhaust, Zoodad and a list of "To do's".

06+ Trucks have a different backset than 01. You would need spacers to make them work IIRC.
