A couple questions from a new owner

Hi I own a 2003 F250 7.3 it's currently all stock except for the DIY intake that I just did. Not too sure if anybody could help but I hear a intermittent buzzing sound from behind my dash, it sounds like it's coming from behind the 4x4 selector. Could somebody please help me on what they think it is thank you!

Second question what's the biggest tire I could fit on the truck without rubbing?

And what is the wire for and what would it rub on?

I think you misread the last part it was asking about tires, not wires. But thank you for the response it helped out and fixed the issue.

Largest tire you can fit on stock rims without wearing out the centers is gonna be a 285/75/16.
