No Power for Power Windows

I am having some issues with my power windows since installing gauges (not sure if this is related, though I did do the install hot and had one little arc).

The power windows do not work at all. I have power under the hood at the 30 amp circuit breaker, but not at the switch. I also do not have power at the 5 amp fuse inside for the window/lock illumination. I've tried new relays at the interior fuse block, but that made no difference.

No wires were cut for the guage install. I used Glow Shift guages with add-a-circiuts in the fuse block for constant and switched power. Those circuits seem to be working properly and the guages are working correctly.

Not sure if this matters, but the dome & cargo lights are not working either.

Any suggestions on where to start? Has anyone else had these problems?
