How much to convert from 2WD to 4WD?
1999 F550 with Western Hauler Bed; 4R100; am pretty sure that rear axle ratio is 4.88
What can I expect to pay to have 2WD converted to 4WD? Am 72 years young and not able to do work myself. What are the pros and cons? Bought truck in 2WD country; now living in 4WD country. Use truck for general hauling and towing steel 3 horse LQ trailer - about 33,000 pds when loaded with horses.
