Fuel Line Leaking.... Quick Help, Please

OK, so my 2000 7.3 is pissing fuel from the supply line that connects the bowl and the soft line to the pump. (Ford 9J338). Problem is that it only comes as a unit (both supply and return) and the stupid thing costs $130.

Can I or has anyone taken diesel rated rubber fuel line and replaced this section of hard line? Sure looks like a nightmare to replace the lines and rubber line obviously saves about $120.

Need to get this done ASAP. HELP!!!!
