Help, unable to fill fuel tank
I recently had a rear tire blow out on a 2002 E350 7.3. When the tire went the fuel filler neck was damaged. I had the neck replaced but ever since then I can only fill the tank by barely dribbling fuel from the pump. I took it back to the shop that replaced the neck and they said something about a float or valve inside the tank that was sitting too high for the amount of fuel in the tank. They messed with it for a while and the mechanic loaded a few tools and we went to a nearby pump. I was able to fill the tank with no problem using full flow from the pump. Since then I've filled it about 4-5 times without a problem but now suddenly I'm back to dribbling from the pump to get it to fill. If I don't fill slowly, the neck fills up with fuel and shuts down the pump. Any ideas? Is there some sort of roll-over valve in the tank that might be getting stuck closed and not letting fuel in? I've had no luck finding a diagram of everything inside the tank.
Thanks
