broken flexplate
finaly found my problem broken flexplate. what are the good and bad ones?
with out spending a small fortune

I don't think it's a common problem that you have to avoid the factory plate for.
What does Ford want for it?

IIRC I payed $70 from Autozone for mine. Only upgrade that I am aware of is the billet one from ATS, but it's not cheep.

I've broken 2 of them. I know of several stock ones taking a dump on stock trucks too.
I have another stock one in my truck.
