LIFT FINALLY INSTALLED WITH PICS

finally got my lift this past week and went to work on it and got it all said and done sunday night. i broke two pitman arm pullers and almost punched a hole in the side of my truck several...hundred times but shes all together now and lookin good. ill attach a better picture when i get the chance to take a good one and get her clean. 6 inch all spring lift 35 nitto trail grapps and 18 inch moto metal 959


before but still on the 35's

just started got bumper off and on jack stands

oh yeah and to anyone else who has done one of these...did any of you guys have a problem with a the traction bar drop bracket...those bolts inside the frame made my blood pressure shoot throught the roof...ended up torchin em and puttin new bolts in cus the keepers all stripped out...ford really outdid themselves in making me lose all my hair oh yeah and when it was all said and done me and my 3 buddies who helped (tom(ramcharger on 36)chase(cj on 35's)and jack(tj on 35's)) all did a victory beer bong with coors the BANQUET BEER! WOO too excited about it all gotta get some rest and do my darn ball joints and axle seals tomoro

Ditto on the the track bar bracket I did my lift all by myself should of waited for help lots of cussin throwin tools then couldn't find the tool I needed after I threw it then pounded a beer to calm myself. Glad to see a six with 35's im debating on droppin down to 35's when my 37's wear out.

yeah the 35's look like 33's now that its lifted ha but i dont want to put bigger tires on till i work it...if i did a trackbar drop now it would be easy but having never done one on our trucks b4 it was a hell of a learning experience with working in tight spots hah that was harder than the #8 spark plug in my 01 f 150 which unless you have worked on a 97-03 5.4 u wouldnt understand

Those the ones that have the spark plugs that blow out of the head? Guy at work has a F150 not sure what year it's a newer one but he has had the problem twice. He has helicoils in two of them now.

yeah my #2 plug blew out and put a dent in the hood haha but its totaled now and thats how i got my powerstroke
