Possible purchase of 7.3 PSD

I am looking at a 1999 Ford F350 dually longbed super cab 7.3 PSD with auto trans. Price is 15,000 It is a 2 owner and has been in my local area since new
S.W. Idaho, It has 113000 miles and appears real nice. It drives good has new tires and brakes and seems to run fine. after driving it showed signs of an oil leak at back of engine running down from above or main seal.
Could some one help me out with an Oasis report?
