Shocks advice from you guys! What are you running?

Time for some new shocks for my 03 7.3 CC Fx4 with a fabtech leveling kit. While my truck does not see much towing, it sees most of its life off road, I'm a field biologist and I literately live out of the damn thing. I would like to get something that performs pretty well, and I have never really bought shocks for this truck yet. I was just seeing everyones advice on them. I was looking at some bilsteen 5100s but for some reason I like the look of the duel shocks on the front, not sure if its worth the cost of that and if they actually perform that well. Any part numbers and other advice would be great! How much did you all pay for yours? install very easy? where did you get them?
