What to look for

I am looking at purchasing a used F350 with a 7.3.
what would be considered high milage, I am looking at a 99 with 214,000
and a 2001 with 125,000
I have an 03 6.0 liter that is just not dependable. what is the comparison of the 7.3 to the 6.0 dependability wise

as long as the maintenance was kept up on both trucks the mileage is fine and a same goes with dependability.
