Ordered one today, will be here on friday $27. Frod Dealer didn't know anything about it. I gave them the part # and they where suprised to see the price. from What I have read it is grey in color instead of black and has a greater pickup distance something like it can read from 3mm instead of 1.5mm or something like that. and is supposed to last 2 to 3 times longer.

If everything I have read is correct so don't quote me on anything.

I've heard the same thing. The first Ford dealer I called didn't know anything about it and said it wasn't a valid PN. Another PSD guy I know ordered one from a Ford dealer on the other side of town and had no issues.
