U shaped sway bar frame bushings in poly?

I do not want to buy the whole poly front end kit and I really don't want to put rubber ones back in. I also don't need the end link bushings as the truck has brand new factory end links.

I have the sneaky suspicion that because mine are buggered it is the cause of some steering vagueness.

for some reason it looks like you have to get the kit.. or the moog brand..
